Facilities

The Main Hall

The Main Hall is 10.87 metres Wide and 18.21 metres in length– floor to ceiling height, 3.6m. Included in this size is the fixed stage (size 2.5m x 4.8m) at one end of the Hall. The Hall is light with several large windows with attractive curtains.

The Hall capacity is around 150 heads. Chairs and Tables are available and kept in the Store Room.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen is 3.2m x 2.9m and is fitted with units, cooker, fridge/freezer, urn, sink and plenty of crockery/cutlery (41 tsps, 155 knives, 166 forks, 101 tblsps, 2 big sharp knives, 1 ice cream scoop, 12 assorted mugs, 84 cups, 96 saucers, 2 small saucers, 1 small oval bowl, 4 water jugs, 8 white oval plates, 8 plain white dinner plates, 94 white dinner plates with brown rim, 164 plain white side plates, 12 white side plates with brown rim, 7 white dessert bowls, 110 white dessert bowls with brown rim, 3 large patterned oval plates),  and good work surfaces, plus a serving hatch onto the Main Hall.

Separate Bar Area

Separate Bar Area, 5.5m x 2.9m, includes sink, beer pumps (but restricted use, please enquire), beer and wine glasses, fridge/freezer and external access to outside.

At the entrance lobby there is access to cloakrooms which include disabled facilities and a baby-changing unit.

Outdoor Areas

Outside there is a parking area with 30 plus spaces available as well as designated disabled parking spaces.

Wedding/Function Hire Package

Main Hall and Foyle Room, with seating for up to 120, a licensed bar, stage and fully equipped kitchen. With a sound system and Hearing Loop.
From Friday 5.30pm to Sunday Midday: Croscombe Residents £400/Non Residents £600

Deposit

A “Damage Deposit” of £100 will be payable in advance for Wedding and Private Functions and will be fully refundable provide there is no damage or excess cleaning required.

50% of the booking fee secures your date & venue, this 50% booking fee is non–refundable if your booking is cancelled.

A Hire Agreement will then be sent to you for your completion and return.

The Croscombe Village Committee reserves the right to refuse bookings.
